Why TrioClear?
The TrioDim Force
The TrioDim Force™ technology is implemented in all TrioClear cases by our experienced technicians. Depending on the specific movement required, our dental technicians will design the divot at precise locations according to the TrioDim Force principles. Every divot is measured and placed explicitly with special instruments to ensure precision. Below is a simple summary of different movements and the corresponding placement of the divots.
Progressive Force Concept
A rotation of Soft and Hard trays is used in every treatment plan to shift the teeth gradually.
Increased Gingival Coverage
Extended gingival coverage allows a more significant amount of area covered by the aligners, particularly for teeth with short crown height. The margins of the aligners are also less visible since it is placed deeper from the zenith of each tooth, making the aligners more esthetically pleasing.
Pre-Made Buttons
We place buttons directly on TrioClear aligners that work with elastics and auxiliaries, therefore there is no risk of debonding; this reduces unnecessary emergency patient visits and saves doctors' chair time.
Minimum Attachments
Doctors will save chair time as the aligners do not have a lot of attachments. Also, it makes the aligners less susceptible to staining.
iDesign Software
Our Trio iDesign simulation software allows clear visualization of the dentist from different viewing angles and stages. Furthermore, each treatment simulation design has an external link for sharing with colleagues or patients. The software is also available on mobile phones.
Fully Automated Production Line
TrioClear is produced on a 24-hour, fully-automated production line. This state-of-the-art production system dramatically improves our clear aligner production’s consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
